The Process
Booking
You love my photos, you love me, and you're ready to get started! Yay! I'll send you a contract, an invoice for your retainer, and a link to your client portal. Your portal is where you'll be able to access everything you need - questionnaires, tips documents, your contract, and all of our emails!
Once the invoice and contract are taken care of, you can pop the confetti - you've officially booked your photographer!
Keep an eye out for a special booking gift in the mail! ;)
Engagement session
Time to start planning your engagement session! I'll send you a questionnaire and a tips document with everything you need to know! I'll help you choose a date, a location or two, and maybe even your outfits! At the session I'll direct you into poses, I'll give you fun little prompts - it'll be great! You'll get your photos back within two weeks of your session!
Timeline + questionnaire
A few months before your wedding I'll contact you about creating your timeline! I'll send you a super helpful timeline tips document and together we'll make sure that the day flows smoothly and, most importantly, that you have enough time for the photos you're most looking forward to! I'll also send you a questionnaire so I can get more information about the things that well help me better serve you on your wedding day! It covers locations, family formal photos, any special events happening at your wedding, and even vendor info!
Wedding day
The best day ever, obviously! Whether you cry during your vows, give away a million hugs, smile until your cheeks hurt, bust some moves on the dance floor - I'll be there to capture it all!
Delivery
I'll post a preview on social media within three days of your wedding - usually on Facebook and Instagram! Your full gallery of edited, high-resolution images will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date! Yay!

Albums
These are not your grandma's wedding albums but they’ll be just as special! These gorgeous, handcrafted lay-flat linen wedding albums come in a variety of colors and will be engraved with your names and wedding date! We'll design your album together in order to make sure it's perfect for you! I adore these albums - they'll make any coffee table look fabulous!
A la carte pricing:
10x10 Linen Engraved Album with 25 spreads (50 pages) : $1000
Each additional spread: $20
8x8 Linen Engraved Album with 20 spreads (40 pages) : $750
Each additional spread: $15
Additional Sessions
All four collections include a COMPLIMENTARY engagement session! Engagement sessions include 90 minutes of photography at up to two locations. Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery with printing rights!
Bridal sessions are great if you'd like some extra photos in your gown! Bridal sessions are $400 and include 60 minutes of photography at one location and an online gallery with printing rights!
Prints + Canvases
Prints and canvases can be purchased from your online gallery! It's a super simple process and they'll be shipped directly to your home! If you're impatient like I am, that's the best part! ;)
(Bonus - you can download your photos and order your own prints if you have a lab you already love and trust!)
Questions + Answers
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Your online portal is set up in a way that allows you to make payments of any amount whenever you'd like. There are only two requirements - 1) a 30% retainer is due when you book your date and 2)the remaining balance is to be paid in full at least 3 weeks beore your wedding. Other than that, you can make payments anytime thoroughout the planning process!
Who is the second photographer?
I have a small group of photographers (2-3 girls) I work with every wedding season. They are all small business owners and strong photographers. I am VERY picky about who I choose to second shoot with me. The second photographer is usually in charge of the Groom's getting ready photos as well as cocktail hour so it's super important that they're as awesome as I am! ;)
What if we've already taken engagement photos?
I HIGHLY recommend doing an engaement session with me so you can get a better idea of how I work! However, I understand not wanting to do a second engagement session. You're welcome to exchange the engagement session for one additional hour of wedding day coverage. More time to document your crazy relatives? Yessss!

Yay! If you’re ready to book just fill out my contact form (if you haven't already) and we’ll get this party started! A 30% retainer is due along with your signed contract in order to save your date! Once that’s taken care of, the real fun begins and we can schedule your engagement session!
